How to find the Restrictive Agreement and Waiver

First go to the Buncombe County website, www.buncombecounty.org,

and click on Register of Deeds                                                                                                                         

 At the Register of Deeds page, click on "Online Record Lookup"

 

Next, click on the "Book/Page" tab, and input 57 for Book and 44 for Page

Search yields two results: Restrictive Agreement and Waiver. Click on the image icon at right to see the documents.
